Network TV's Prime-time Spot Cost Drops Big Time

(AdAge.com) -- The average cost for a prime-time spot on network TV in the first quarter dropped by 12%, to $125,634, according to an analysis performed by independent New York media shop TargetCast, pointing to some of the devastating effects the writers strike has had on the medium.

*Juniper Research has released a report saying that increased 3G penetration and made-for-mobile content will create $47.5
billion in revenue by 2010.

damn. glad we got our made for mobile platform up last month.

    1. User generated video is a public service not a business model. 
    2. Dumpster diving for the "best" garbage is still dumpster diving for garbage.
    3. Advertisers do care about content they are associated with.
    4. People do prefer good over bad.
    5. There are, 1,312,901 loser gen videos of guys getting hit in the nuts.  That should be enough.
    6. Content is King is still true.
